Terms & Conditions

“Find Your Next” Retreat

Canyon Ranch Berkshires · Lenox, Massachusetts

November 5–8, 2026

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering. Your registration and payment confirm your agreement to these terms.

1. Registration & Payment

Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. “Find Your Next” is an intimate retreat limited to 11 participants, and seats are reserved on a first-come, first-paid basis. Registration opens Monday, July 13, 2026.

All prices are listed in USD.

Early Bird Pricing: A $300 discount off the regular ticket price is available to participants who register and pay in full on or before July 31, 2026. The early bird rate is open to all 11 seats and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. As with all registrations, the 7-day grace period below applies from your payment date.

Included in your registration: accommodations at Canyon Ranch Berkshires for three nights, all meals during the retreat, all retreat sessions and materials, complimentary shuttle transportation between the venue and nearby airports, and access to Canyon Ranch wellness facilities as outlined in your welcome packet.

Not included: airfare or other travel to the airport, gratuities, optional spa services and add-ons, alcohol, and personal expenses.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because of the small group size and our financial commitment to Canyon Ranch Berkshires on September 4, 2026, our cancellation policy reflects the real cost of an unfilled seat.

Grace period: If you cancel within 7 days of registering, you'll receive a full refund minus a $150 processing fee.

After the grace period: Registrations are non-refundable. If your seat is filled from our waitlist before September 4, 2026, we will refund what we collect from your replacement, minus a $250 rebooking fee. After September 4, once final names are locked with Canyon Ranch, no refunds — contingent or otherwise — are possible. Transfer options remain available; see Section 3.

3. Transfers & Future Credits

  • Transfer your spot: You may transfer your registration to another participant (subject to AB approval to preserve group fit) up to 14 days before the retreat (by October 22, 2026). A $100 administrative fee applies.

  • Future credit: At Absoulutely Balanced's discretion, we may offer credit toward a future AB retreat or program within 12 months. A 25% credit transfer fee may apply to cover incurred costs.

  • Travel insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against illness, family emergencies, and travel disruptions.
