Your registration includes three nights of accommodations at Canyon Ranch Lenox, all meals throughout the retreat — including a plated breakfast or coffee and juice bar each morning — access to all sessions and materials, and full use of Canyon Ranch wellness facilities as outlined in your welcome packet. Guests also receive a $200 spa credit per night ($600 total), redeemable toward Canyon Ranch's full range of spa and wellness offerings. Programming is designed to feel immersive and seamless — full in experience without being overwhelming. Sessions incorporate somatic movement, Pilates, hiking, talks, and eastern medicine, alongside a blend of physical and reflective practices. Janet leads integration sessions and practical work throughout the retreat (3–4 hours), with one complimentary 30-minute personal session included. Canyon Ranch Lenox is known for its discreet, unassuming setting, impeccable service, and high-quality accommodations — a space designed to support rest, restoration, and meaningful transformation.

Because of the small group size and our financial commitment to Canyon Ranch Berkshires on September 1, 2026, our cancellation policy reflects the real cost of an unfilled seat. All refund amounts are calculated based on the price you paid (including any early bird discount applied at registration).

Cancellations made on or before July 31, 2026 are eligible for a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made between August 1–15, 2026 will receive a 50% refund, minus the deposit. If your seat is filled from our waitlist before September 1, an additional 25% will be refunded as a goodwill gesture. Cancellations made on or after August 16, 2026 are non-refundable.
